The week kicked off strong with Emily’s return to Rio Marié. Back with a score to settle, she wasted no time, landing two massive peacocks over 20 lbs and proving her persistence unstoppable. Pamela followed up with her own 20 lb beast, setting the tone for what was to come.
The giants kept showing up, and the women answered. Kristin connected with two serious heavyweights, then Kate, an Alaskan steelhead guide and lodge owner, brought her A-game, pulling in two more Marié titans. And to close it out, Kara found redemption on the final day with a monster of her own.
