Water remained high for much of the week following the recent rise, spreading fish throughout the flooded margins and making larger peacock bass more difficult to locate. By the end of the week, water levels had begun to drop. This change required the team to continue evaluating new water and adjusting the fishing approach as the river entered another transition.
